What can we say? Parents get super passionate about... poop! And that's because your kid's bowel movements plays an important role to their overall well being

Constipation is uncomfortable for all of us, and even more so for young children. Yet, it's one of the most common problems kids face. A constipated child has infrequent bowel movements or hard, dry stools.

With little ones, constipation can cause abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, weight loss, and more serious symptoms.

To help your child, encourage them to eat more fibre-rich fruits and vegetables, drink more fluids, and exercise regularly. If the problem persists, seek medical advice from your family doctor. Find out more >
